How to Engage

The chosen engagement model with Xentech Solutions will depend upon the nature of the project being undertaken. For an initial discussion, please contact us by email or telephone. All enquiries will be treated in the strictest confidence and Xentech Solutions are quite happy to sign mutual Non Disclosure Agreements if required.

A preliminary meeting will then be arranged to allow Xentech Solutions to understand the project brief and for our client to get to know more about how Xentech Solutions can meet their needs.

At this meeting consideration is given to the business model, whether it is to be a fixed price contract or on a day-rate consultancy basis. Sometimes a combination of both makes sense. Xentech Solutions will work with the client for a pre-agreed time on a daily rate to scope and define the project in detail and then the engagement will move to a fixed price contract based on agreed project milestones being met.

Whatever the business model, the professionalism and process will remain the same. A clear set of project objectives and deliverable will be agreed and any known constraints identified. Xentech Solutions will deliver to the agreed objectives in a timely manner.

The engagement may range from solving a specific detailed project issue to developing a complete product to take to market. For a turnkey product development, the specification will be defined and agreed and Xentech Solutions will take responsibility for delivering a manufacturing ready design to a mutually agreed contract manufacturer.
